How Aamico's systems would connect
This layer sits over the tools Aamico already uses. Nothing below is connected yet — statuses describe what is proposed or available.
The initial rollout ingests spreadsheet exports, email and documents while direct API access to Buildertrend, inSimplify and Xero is assessed. That means value can be delivered before any system is replaced or migrated.
Buildertrend
Project schedules, tasks and site activity
API access is being assessed. Scheduled CSV exports can be ingested in the meantime.
inSimplify
Estimating, selections and contract administration
Proposed integration. Initial rollout reads exported estimate and selection files.
Xero
Purchase orders, bills and cost tracking
Purchase orders are prepared in this prototype only. No Xero connection exists yet.
Outlook / Email
Supplier quotes, client decisions and approvals
Mailbox ingestion can be configured with a shared procurement mailbox.
OneDrive / Google Drive
Drawings, engineering documents and scopes
Folder-level read access is sufficient for document ingestion.
Excel / CSV imports
Fallback ingestion for any system without an API
Spreadsheet exports can be dropped in and normalised automatically.
